Project overview
AMP is an automotive mobility platform for premium electric-vehicle leasing and subscriptions. It connects lessees, vehicle owners and business lessors with operations teams through a Flutter application and a web administration portal.
The problem
A vehicle subscription is not a simple checkout. Customers and lessors have different onboarding paths, identity and business checks, financial documents and approval requirements. Operations teams need visibility into the progress and exceptions of each journey.
Application design and integrations

Mobile journeys: Flutter and GetX support vehicle discovery, lessee registration, lessor onboarding and listing flows.

Verification services: Digio and related integrations connect KYC, DigiLocker, bank verification, bank-statement analysis and GST/KYB checks.

Agreements and mandates: eSign and NACH connect digital agreements with the financial journey.

Workflow orchestration: Camunda and BPMN model approval stages and verification-dependent business processes.

Platform architecture: a React administration portal connects to Node.js services, MySQL and AWS EC2/RDS. JWT supports authenticated access and GitHub Actions supports delivery.
What the application enables
AMP connects vehicle discovery with the operational and financial work required to complete a lease. The case study shows how mobile interfaces fit into a wider platform with structured verification and approval workflows.
